Robert Falcon has over 16 years of Operations Management experience including, 13 years in the automotive industry. While working in the automotive industry, Robert worked for a tier one supplier to all of the major vehicle manufactures including Ford, Toyota, General Motors and Isuzu.

Prior to joining EVI, Robert held numerous managerial positions including Operations Manager, Training and Development Manager, Lean Systems Manager and Plant Manager. Robert Specializes in welding fabrication and chassis assembly. He brings a strong focus of cost control, quality and productivity improvements. Robert has a proven track record of building long-term relationships with suppliers and customers.

Robert holds a degree in Business Management and holds certificates in Lean Systems and Six Sigma. His career has taken him to numerous locations including California, Texas, Kentucky, and Thailand.
