Ricky Hanna joined EVI in May 2008 as Chief Operations Officer and was promoted to President and CEO in August 2008.

A young, energetic and quality driven leader, Ricky brings along a wealth of experience in the automotive industry.  Acclimated to working in multi-disciplined and multi-cultural environments, Ricky has lived and worked in senior positions in Mexico, China, Taiwan, USA, and Northern Ireland.

Ricky’s core competencies include implementing long term strategic plans, scaling manufacturing efficiently and flexibly to suit sales demand, implementing cost reduction strategies while not sacrificing quality or reliability, strengthening relationships with key vendors and building up long term strategic partnerships.

Ricky previously served with Valence Technology, Inc for 8 years as Vice President of World Wide Operations, General Manager and Operations Quality Manager.
